We all know people who talk a good game but don’t follow thru.

You need to think about this internally and also externally.

Internally – Do what you say you will and you will have a great reputation and create momentum for yourself.

Don’t make excuses or Be “too busy” – go ahead and actually schedule it.

One trick I use is to actually public state what I am going to do and the date I am going to do it and then I MUST
follow thru. You can and should also schedule these activities “AS IF” they are an appointment @

Be the person known for your follow thru and stay away from all the “BS”ers in your life both personally and professionally.
